Our Story
WenYiGo was created to solve a common challenge: sending thoughtful gifts and everyday items to someone in China from abroad.
Chinese shopping and delivery platforms can be difficult to navigate without local payment methods, language support, or familiarity with domestic ordering systems. What should be a simple gesture—sending a meal, drink, flowers, or gift—can quickly become complicated.
The idea for WenYiGo was developed by its founders, Wen and Yi, after experiencing these challenges firsthand. They recognized that many others face the same barriers, including long-distance partners, friends and family, and supporters of performers and creators in China.
WenYiGo was built to make that process simpler.
Our goal is to provide a convenient, thoughtful, and dependable way to arrange purchases and local delivery within China. Customers choose what they would like to send, and WenYiGo helps manage the China-side ordering process.
The name WenYiGo reflects both its founders and its purpose: Wen and Yi, moving forward together through Go—a reminder that distance should not prevent people from showing care.
