WenYiGo arranges thoughtful local delivery throughout mainland China through our trusted local partner.
Recipient Information
To complete your order, please provide:
- Recipient's full name
- Valid mainland China mobile number
- Province, city, district, and complete delivery address
- Preferred delivery date
- Gift message (optional)
- Special requests or delivery notes (optional)
To help ensure a successful delivery, local couriers in China may call or message the recipient if additional directions or confirmation are needed.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on:
- Recipient's location
- Merchant availability and operating hours
- Product preparation time
- Courier availability
- Holidays, weather, and local conditions
Same-day delivery may be available for select meals, coffee & café treats, flowers, and cakes, but it cannot be guaranteed unless we confirm it with you.
Multiple Deliveries
If your order includes items from different merchants, they may arrive separately and at different times.
Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information.
WenYiGo cannot be responsible for delayed or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Invalid phone numbers
- Inaccessible delivery locations
- The recipient being unavailable
- The recipient or delivery location declining to accept deliveries
If additional delivery attempts or changes are required, extra charges may apply.

Tracking information is provided when available, but some local merchants and couriers in China do not offer traditional tracking numbers.
