These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WenYiGo website, products, custom-request services, and China-side purchasing and delivery services.
By visiting our website, submitting a request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About WenYiGo
WenYiGo helps customers arrange the purchase and local delivery of products to recipients within mainland China.
Depending on the order, WenYiGo may purchase products from independent restaurants, florists, bakeries, retailers, marketplaces, couriers, or other third-party merchants.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, WenYiGo is not the manufacturer, restaurant, florist, bakery, courier, or original seller of those products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order or submit a paid request.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when using our services.
3. Products and availability
All products and services are subject to availability.
Images may be representative. Actual products may vary in presentation, packaging, flower variety, decoration, portion, color, shape, or appearance because of local merchant preparation and availability.
We may limit quantities, decline an order, discontinue an item, or correct product information at any time.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
The listed price may include:
- Product cost
- Local delivery
- Sourcing or coordination services
- Currency and payment-processing costs
- WenYiGo’s service margin
Any unusual, remote-area, rush, customization, or additional merchant charges will be disclosed before the order is finalized whenever reasonably possible.
You authorize WenYiGo and its payment providers to charge the total amount displayed at checkout or confirmed in a custom-order quote.
5. Custom requests and quotes
Submitting a custom request does not guarantee availability and does not create a confirmed order.
A custom request becomes an order only after:
- WenYiGo confirms availability and pricing.
- The customer accepts the quote.
- Full required payment is received.
Quotes may expire because merchant pricing and availability can change.
6. Order review and acceptance
An automated order confirmation only acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
We may cancel or decline an order because of:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Incomplete recipient information
- Delivery restrictions
- Merchant refusal
- Suspected fraud
- Legal or safety concerns
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
If we cancel an unfulfilled paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.
7. Recipient and delivery information
You are responsible for providing accurate:
- Recipient name
- Mainland-China mobile number
- Province, city, and district
- Full delivery address
- Delivery date and timing request
- Building-access details
- Gift message and delivery instructions
The recipient may be contacted by the merchant, courier, or WenYiGo.
You confirm that you have permission to provide the recipient’s contact and delivery information for the purpose of completing the order.
8. Delivery
Delivery availability and timing depend on the merchant, courier, recipient location, local conditions, and order type.
Same-day or time-specific delivery is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
Products purchased from different merchants may arrive separately.
Delivery may be considered completed when the order is:
- Handed to the recipient.
- Handed to a person authorized or reasonably available at the delivery location.
- Left at a location approved by the recipient.
- Completed according to the courier’s delivery confirmation.
9. Recipient refusal and restricted locations
Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that the recipient and delivery location accept deliveries.
Some workplaces, performance venues, hotels, schools, hospitals, residential compounds, livestream companies, agencies, and secured buildings may restrict or reject outside deliveries.
WenYiGo does not guarantee that a particular performer, creator, public figure, employee, or individual will personally receive or acknowledge an order.
10. Flowers, food, cakes, and substitutions
Perishable and prepared products may differ slightly from photographs.
When necessary, comparable substitutions may be made because of seasonal, regional, or merchant availability.
We will seek approval for substantial substitutions whenever reasonably practical. Details are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Prohibited orders and conduct
You may not use WenYiGo to:
- Send unlawful, dangerous, threatening, harassing, obscene, or fraudulent materials.
- Purchase restricted or prohibited goods.
- Violate another person’s privacy, safety, or property rights.
- Repeatedly contact, intimidate, monitor, or harass a recipient.
- Misrepresent your identity or payment authority.
- Use stolen payment information.
- Interfere with the website, payment systems, merchants, or delivery services.
- Send products to a person who has asked not to receive contact or deliveries from you.
We may cancel any order that raises safety, fraud, legal, or harassment concerns.
12. Third-party merchants and services
WenYiGo relies on independent third parties to supply, prepare, sell, and deliver products.
Those parties may have their own terms, availability rules, preparation standards, and return policies.
WenYiGo will use reasonable care when coordinating orders but cannot control every action or omission of a merchant or courier.
13. Returns, cancellations, and refunds
All cancellations, replacements, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
14. Intellectual property
The WenYiGo name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to WenYiGo and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and product materials belong to their respective owners.
15. Accuracy of information
We work to present accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability, but errors can occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate pricing or product information.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous merchant availability, exact delivery times, or that every product will appear exactly as pictured.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WenYiGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
For claims relating to a specific order, WenYiGo’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WenYiGo and its owners, representatives, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Inaccurate information you provide.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.
- Your misuse of the service.
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
19. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Recipient information is collected and shared only as reasonably necessary to process, purchase, coordinate, and deliver an order, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts serving the area where WenYiGo is legally established, unless applicable law requires another forum.
22. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
23. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Delivery Information, and any confirmed custom-order terms, form the agreement between you and WenYiGo.
